All right, I did it. I didn’t update last night because I got home late, and it got later before I got my workout in. Before I could update, I hit the hay.
Well, the second day was awesome. I’m still a BIT sore, but not bad. I did a bit more, or about the same, as the first day. But the soreness wasn’t anywhere near as bad. I seriously considered doing the cardio tonight, but I’m so tired I think I’ll pass. I don’t want to overdo it anyway.
So, day two is done! And now nothing until Saturday. Next week I’m trying for all six days, but will cut the cardio routines if need be.
