My protein and fat numbers were higher yesterday, but I still lost weight. I got to just under 80g of protein and was just under 150g of fat, and still under 25g of carbs somehow. And today, I’m down to 253lbs even.
Tomorrow’s measurements might be different, but I’m going to try and sustain this level of protein. Maybe I’ll stick to that level of fat too, just to see if there’s another drop. I didn’t use as much salt yesterday — Salmon, no need for salt, and the sour cream dressing I made for it was outstanding! — so maybe that was the reason for the reason bounce up.
Anyway, the model seems to work and so I’m down again.
Still praying for my love to find her keys though.
