Kick It Up a Notch

…or two, actually.

I gained two pounds by adding a couple of bites of beef stew and Buffalo Chicken dip to my lunch on Wednesday.

I wonder how long it will take to drop that back down?

*Sigh* 240.4lbs. Middle digit rolled back UP.

    I swear that once our bodies become keto adaptive it hates any re-introduction of grains or sugar, even punishing us with ridiculous temporary weight gains! I felt the wrath of my body whenever I so much as take one bite of something outside my usual foods. Unfair and I protest! lol.

    Ain’t it the truth! LOL! I think we should protest and march, or maybe throw food! 😀 The temporary weight is annoying as all heck! LOL!

    It did come off, though, so that’s a plus. 🙂
